P.U.M.A. Blackbelt Grading 14-05-2016
New Century Taekwon-Do are proud to announce the following successes at the P.U.M.A. Blackbelt Grading held at the Oasis L.C. Swindon 14-05-2016:
Students received their new belts and certificates at the P.U.M.A. Presentation evening held at the Oasis L.C. Swindon.
A great night where students family and friends join together in celebrating their achievements.
Congratulations also to Miss Jenna Baxter 2nd Degree on passing her P.U.M.A. Instructors course and Mr Mikael Cacia 1st Degree on passing his P.U.M.A. Assistant Instructors course.
Mikael Cacia Nomination 19-05-2016
Mikael Cacia Nominated as a Talented Athlete and an Ambassador for the European City of Sport.
1st Degree black belt (Taekwon-Do) Mikael started to regularly attend the PUMA Squad in Bristol in September 2015. In February 2016 he was invited by the head PUMA Coach Mr Lammin to enter his first British Open international championships tournament held in Swindon. He was thrilled to get a bronze medal for patterns. From this competition he was then invited to join the PUMA England squad and selected to represent the squad in the Holland Cup international championships held on 18th June 2016.
